Shape how developers and teams experience interactive learning — from first click to lab completion.
About the role
We're a design-led team that believes great onboarding should feel like a product, not a document. You'll own end-to-end design for core flows — the creation experience, the learner journey, and the team dashboard — and work directly with engineering to ship high-quality UI.
What you'll work on
- Lead design for key product areas from research through final polish
- Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Run lightweight usability tests and synthesize findings into product decisions
- Maintain and evolve the Stepwik design system
- Partner with PMs and engineers in sprint planning and design reviews
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product design experience at a software company
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work — not just visuals
- Proficient in Figma including component libraries and auto-layout
- Comfortable designing complex interactive states and data-dense UIs
- Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale
Nice to have Optional
- Background in developer tools, education, or SaaS products
- Experience with motion design or interaction prototyping
- Ability to write basic HTML/CSS to communicate intent to engineers
