Own the acquisition funnel — from first touch to activated team — and build the repeatable growth engine for Stepwik.

About the role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a campaign dashboard. You'll run experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, and translate what you learn into a scalable playbook.

What you'll work on

  • Own the top-of-funnel strategy across SEO, paid, email, and community channels
  • Run structured A/B experiments on landing pages, ads, and onboarding flows
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition budgets (Google, LinkedIn, newsletters)
  • Collaborate with content and design to produce conversion-focused assets
  • Report on pipeline metrics and iterate based on data

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of growth or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS context
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with GA4, Mixpanel, or similar
  • Experience running paid campaigns with real budget accountability
  • Understanding of PLG motions and activation funnels
  • Bias for action: you'd rather run a small experiment than plan forever

Nice to have Optional

  • Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers
  • Familiarity with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush) and content strategy
  • Background at an early-stage SaaS startup
