We've been hard at work making Stepwik the best place to build and share interactive Codelabs. From better editing tools to deeper insights, here’s what’s new in this update!

Interactive Checkboxes in Editor

Authors can now add interactive checklists to their Codelabs! This is perfect for helping readers track their progress through a tutorial.

How to use: Select your text and use the Bubble Menu, or simply use Markdown commands to toggle checkboxes on the fly.

Rich Text Support for Codelab Descriptions

We've upgraded the "Long Description" field in the Codelab editor. You no longer have to settle for plain text, you can now use:

1. Bold and Italic formatting.
2. Ordered and unordered lists.
3. Hyperlinks for external resources.

Mandatory Authentication for Readers

To provide better value to both creators and learners, we’ve introduced a sign-in requirement for accessing Codelabs.

For Authors: Get better data on who is interacting with your content.

For Readers: Track your personal progress and completion rates across different labs.
