This codelab guides you through integrating the Developer Knowledge API and MCP Server to ground AI in official Google documentation. You’ll start by enabling the API in Google Cloud and generating a restricted API Key. Next, you’ll configure the remote MCP server to act as a bridge between your AI client and live docs (Android, Firebase, Cloud). By the end, you'll be able to perform semantic searches and fetch Markdown content directly into your LLM's context window.
